How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
• Once the return request is approved we will arrange a pickup at your address within 48 hours.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• Unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging

What items are non-returnable?
A single order can only be exchanged not more than 2 times. After 2 exchanges the order is non-refundable/exchangable.

Free gifts, promotional items, HUES OF INDIA and clearance sale items are not returnable!
We only offer free exchange on HUES OF INDIA items.

Are there any charges for return?

• There are no charges for return.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If your final order value after return is less than the free delivery value (₹699) then ₹80 delivery charge will be deducted from the final refund amount.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7 working days.
• Please provide your Bank Details in the Notes Field while applying for Refunds.
