Exchange & Cancellation Policy
To return an order, write to our customer care at email@example.com or Click Here To Submit Your Request.
The package should be in its original packaging or box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, etc.) With the original invoice.
Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
Please pack the products carefully and put one copy of invoice inside the box along with the products.

Our Exchange Policy
We would love to exchange your product for a new colour and/or size.
You can book an exchange order by writing to us at order@cationclothing. Please note that exchange requests will be subject to the availability of requested product.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel any item before they have been processed in our warehouses. The refund amount will be credited back into your bank account within 7 days.
What If Wrong Product Gets Dispatched and I Want A Refund. Also, How Much Time Will It Take?
In that case a refund will be issued within 7 working days once the order reaches back to our warehouse.
