Shipping policy

For domestic orders (Within India)- Orders will be dispatched in 2 working days. Once an order is dispatched, it will be delivered in 2-5 business days depending on your location. However, the exact delivery timeline will be estimated based on the product and the place of delivery. The shipping charges for orders above ₹500 within India is free and is completely borne by us.

It takes approximately 10-15 days to deliver after it is dispatched. A tracking id will be shared with you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery date will be shared upon inquiry and after the product is dispatched.

Please note - that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES (International orders) 

The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

TRACKING

- Once your order is dispatched from our end, tracking details will be sent to you on your registered email ID.
- Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
- Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle-free delivery.
